Jenni and Zane decided to take a leap of faith and hosted an intimate micro wedding in Washington at a beautiful Airbnb in Southwest Washington during the heat of late of July. After some scary health diagnoses with their loved ones, they knew that life is short and threw out the age old adage: why wait? Jenni reached out to me a couple of months before their wedding date and immediately I knew this was something I would be honored to be part of. While I’m a softie with most things, there was no telling if it was tears or sweat going down my cheeks during this super sweet micro wedding that is one for the books.
Their Airbnb, The Condor’s Nest, was every amount of perfect I’d imagined! Nestled in Camas, WA, it’s private and full of lush forest without being too far from town. The grounds were stunning and their private micro wedding in Washington was a fairytale come true!
We then headed off for an hour of bride and groom photos! Jenni had told me they really loved the green of the forest and how I always incorporate landscapes into my photos. So we explored the grounds, finding our favorite spots among a quaint little creek with a cute bridge and big towering trees that overlooked the day. After we finished up their couples photos, we took some family portraits, then I just hung out with them for a bit while they visited with their closest loved ones and celebrated their nuptials!
