I headed up from Vancouver, WA to Tacoma for this super cute unique couples shoot that started off at the farmer’s market. This was such a fun way to photograph this couple’s love; if you need a unique idea for your session, let’s chat because I looooooved the creativity here!
It was a gorgeous day and we got started walking the booths and looking at what was available (pro tip: don’t go to the market hungry unless you want to be tempted to buy everythiiiiing!). We admired the flowers, smelled the yummy food, and were inspired by all of the handmade items for sale. L and P are so in love with each other, it just radiated off of them. I’m all about capturing the small moments, the in between gestures. The way P always seemed to be aware of where L was, the way he placed his hand on the small of her back or kissed her shoulder while she investigated fruit. It was just so sweet to witness.
We then headed to a local coffee shop that gave aaaaalll the European vibes. Fun fact: I went to France with my husband for our honeymoon in the spring of 2022 and to say I’m obsessed is an understatement. I mean my daughter is named after a famous french painter and her nursery is decorated in our favorite art from the Louvre. Anyways, they softly spoke to each other and giggled over their latte as I remained in awe of the way their love just kind of oozes towards each other. Also if you’re ever in Tacoma, check out Cremello Cafe! It’s so stinking cute and I could spend an afternoon there just vibing.
After they finished up their coffee, we headed over to Wildcraft Studio. This studio space is a neutral girl’s dream. Exposed brick. Wood floors. Natural light. It’s just stunning and if it wasn’t two hours away, I’d be there aaaaalll the time. Anyways, we opted for an indoor french countryside picnic sorta vibe and it did not disappoint. Champagne, paintings, grapes, and cheese! Could it get any better?
Jess with The Wildcraft and Kaylin with K Pinkett Photography set this whole day up and it did not disappoint! It ended in a spicy little couples boudior session, but that’s a post for another day. 😉
